Nothing like a walk in nature
Mankind has evolved as bipeds, so we like walking. That should be nothing new to anyone past about 4th grade, but most of us don't really live like that. We walk from the front door to the car, from the car to our office and back again, and that's pretty much it. All the while ignoring the benefits even a simple walk during our lunch break can have on our bodies: it improves your heart health, improves digestion, and boosts immune function.
If you want to reap the full benefits of a leisurely stroll, you should take it one step (get it?) further and take a walk in nature. They have been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and negative thoughts about yourself. Pretty great for something that costs nothing at all, huh?
So I dedicate this gradient to all nature lovers. To the hikers, the campers, the gardeners, to all geocachers, walkers, runners, and foragers.
And — most of all — to Mother Nature herself, beautiful and breathtaking in her splendor.
The gradient features lovely shades of lime, green, and dark green and would do well decorating your travel blog, the website for your gardening project or the homepage or your vegan restaurant.
